2. Scope
This policy covers: (a) monthly and annual plan subscriptions; (b) prepaid wallet top-ups; (c) platform fees shown on /pricing or in the dashboard.
It does not cover Meta WhatsApp conversation fees charged per Meta pricing.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends in account settings.
- Prices shown are before 15% VAT unless stated otherwise; the total including VAT is debited from your wallet on activation.
- No refunds for partial periods or unused days after activation, except where required by applicable law.
- Upgrades: price difference applies per dashboard billing rules.
- On cancellation: access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Message wallet
- Wallet balance is used for template messages and subscription charges per plan.
- No cash refund for unused balance except proven billing errors on our side or explicit legal requirement.
- Refund requests: email support@yexa.pro with invoice or transaction ID within 14 days of the charge.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong plan), we correct within 10 business days via wallet credit or bank refund as appropriate.
6. Payment gateways
External card or transfer payments follow the provider's processing time. We email you when top-up or subscription completes.
