Sub- processors.
Last updated: June 15, 2026. We notify customers 30 days before adding a new sub-processor.
1. Purpose
To deliver Yexa Pro we use third-party providers («sub-processors») for infrastructure and messaging. This list supplements our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
2. Current sub-processors
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp Business API, message and template delivery (US / Ireland per region).
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — application hosting, databases, storage (GCC / EU per plan).
- Email providers (SMTP) — transactional notifications and alerts (per platform settings).
- OpenAI (optional) — reply suggestions and summaries when AI features are enabled.
3. Data transfers
Data may be processed outside your country when using Meta or AWS. We use contractual safeguards (SCCs) and DPAs where applicable.
4. Updates
We update this page when sub-processors change. Enterprise customers receive 30 days notice by email.
